When reporting a bug, please include your device model, OS version and game version. It makes the cause much easier to find. The game version is shown in the Settings window (the gear button on the start screen), for example v1.13.11. Let us know where in the game it happened, and attach a screenshot if you have one.

Frequently asked questions

How do I control the character?

Swipe up, down, left or right. Swipe sideways to switch lanes, up to jump and down to slide. Short videos are on the Help page.

I can't get past two tall barriers in a row.

Slide right before them to pass through in one go. The Help page has a slow-motion video.

I don't have enough gold bars.

You earn gold bars by completing missions. You can also get 3 by watching an ad in the shop. Gold bars and coins cannot be bought with money, and there are no in-app purchases.

How do I continue after a crash?

After you run out of hearts, spend 9 gold bars or watch an ad to keep running from where you stopped. You can continue once per game.

It says no ad could be loaded.

Ads cannot be shown without an internet connection, or when no ad is available at that moment. Please try again a little later.

How do I turn the sound down or off?

In the Settings window you can adjust the master, sound effects and music volume separately.

How do I change the game language?

Pick one of the 20 languages from the language menu in the Settings window.

My records and coins are gone.

Your scores, coins, gold bars and items are stored only on your phone. There is no account, so deleting the app deletes them too, and we cannot restore them.

Can I play offline?

Yes. You can run without an internet connection. Watching ads for gold bars or to continue does need an internet connection.

What information do you collect?

There is no sign-up, and we don't ask for your name or contact details. Ads (AdMob) and the usage statistics we use to improve the game are described in the Privacy Policy.
